“2KCUP gives fresh faced competitors an opportunity to compete in motorsport at a low entry cost and in an vast variety of vehicles. Vehicles are comparable in performance and offer no additional performance from when they originally rolled off the factory line.

Driving ability is what sets the pace rather than preparation or modifications, especially so in our new Pro level class HT1″

Italian INTEGRA WRANGLER

"After many years of actually living with disposable income, I thought to myself ‘there has to be a better way....’. The 2KCup gave my friends and I the opportunity to be a pretend racing team, and help us deal with all those annoying problems like ‘space in the garage’. Three years later and we’re still here, still terrible, but addicted and unable to stop. Help us, please.’"

James Whitlock

BMW Banger

"First thing for newbies to know is not to get hung up on the 2k price tag. Read the rules but don't scoff unless you've come to one of our events and got a proper feel of what 2kcup is all about. Sausages... it's about sausages."

Braden Willis

All round nice guy

Best racing series in NZ. Most affordable. No matter what group you’re in, slow group, fast group, you’ll always be dicing against another driver for position until the checkered flag. Even if you and 2 other drivers are battling for 20th position and the other drivers beat you by 0.07 seconds, once you’re back in the pits, you won’t find any better camaraderie amongst competitors anywhere else.

Guillaume Van Niekerk

Thrashed his daily

2KCUP gave me me the opportunity to realise a life-long dream. I took my 20 year old car which was my daily driver for 13 years, fitted a fire extinguisher and went racing. I was the slowest on that day, but had the biggest grin.

2KCUP. Convince the missus we need a second car.... drop the kids off at school Monday to a Friday, race Saturday, fix Sunday. Repeat!

Kent Dalziell

ill be back

"At first I thought 2KCUP was about cheap racing and getting a few more mates. Little did I know the fame and fortune that would follow. Plus possibly unrelated a burning sensation when I pee. More addictive than the glass pipe and definitely more cost effective."
